A new home!

Well tonight Lorien and I signed our lease and I’m super excited. Also, my parents know people who know the owners so I think that really helped my parents feel more comfortable about me leaving the nest.

You have GOT to be kidding me

I wake up suddenly. It’s very dark, very very dark. Not my alarm then. I briefly wonder why I woke up before it becomes obvious. There is creaking, squeaking and banging going on at my neighbour’s room on the other side of my wall. Great. Look at the time. 3:34am. NO FUCKING WAY. (pun totally intended)

It’s very energetic and intensive, or at least their bed banging on the wall has a quick tempo. I decide to wait it out a bit. after 17 minutes I give up and I start banging on the wall back. It stops a little…. and then starts again. That’s it. Now I loose it, go get a glass of water and storm back in my room. So obviously I woke up my mom. She comes to see what is going on, and starts knocking on the wall at the exact same time as they are banging. HA! I think I never loved my mom more. It eventually stops at around 3:58am… about time. 

Should I knock at their door tommorow night? Drop a message? “Could you please move the bed away from the wall when you’re doing it between 1am and 6am? And please look into Jigaloo to oil that bed. –Your wall neighbour”

I just want to sleep damnit.
