Ok so I bought a ‘450′ winter coat…
- Hopefully this means I’ll never be sick like this again
- Wonderful coyote warmth goodness
I went shopping for a new winter coat today. It was during their annual sale too, so I was lucky. I absolute LOVE the new coat, it’s warm, comfortable, pretty and did I mention warm? Very very very warm. But not too warm to wear indoors skipping about the house. Not that I would do that. It would be preposterous of me to do so, I’m a responsible mature 25 years old professional woman.
Riiiiiiight. Skipping about the house it is! I even named the coyote fur. His name is Jasper. I have no idea why.
p.s. the name of the coat is Blainville. Silly suburbia.

So, does 450 refer to warmth? I’m hoping not price… lol.
And how come you’ve become a subdomain?

Whoops, I see! I didn’t see your last update about the new blog, cos googlereader was still checking pseudo-element.com. Ignore the query about the subdomain.

450 is actually an area phone code for the nasty evil suburbs around the beacon of light and civilization that is the island of Montréal. Judith lives in 450, so you can see that it’s not a serious religious mindframe but still something fun to participate in. Although I know Some People (namely my brother) who will probably go to the grave still thinking about it
Wiki has an entry on it and a small section about the prejudice associated with it
